Entry to Morocco Now Requires Valid Vaccine Passport or Negative PCR Test

Sanitary measures for the different entry points to Morocco now require the presentation of a valid Covid-19 immunization pass or a negative PCR test not exceeding 72 hours, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced on Wednesday.

This decision was taken part of the updated national health protocol for international travel and following the stabilization of the epidemiological situation at the national and international levels, the ministry said in a statement.

A valid vaccination passport requires the administration of three doses or otherwise two doses, with the 2nd dose administration time not exceeding four months, with the exception of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, a single dose of which is equivalent to 2 doses of other vaccines.

Children under 12 are exempt from all access requirements, according to the same source.

The ministry advises travelers to check its official website "www.sante.gov.ma" and its social networks for more details on the updated national health protocol for international travel.
