The Officers’ Club in Rabat hosted, from October 7 to 11, 2025, the third workshop of the Regional Endeavour 2025 conference, organized in partnership with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) under the theme “Strategic Communication and Information Management.”
According to a statement by the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), Morocco’s hosting of this event comes in accordance with the instructions of King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, and within the framework of close and constructive cooperation with NATO’s Joint Force Command Naples (JFCNP).
The workshop brought together officers and experts from the Royal Armed Forces, representatives of NATO, and military delegations from friendly countries, creating what the FAR described as “a distinguished international dimension reflecting Morocco’s commitment to strengthening regional and international military cooperation.”
Over five days of intensive sessions, participants exchanged insights through theoretical and practical discussions on key topics including strategic communication concepts, message direction and management, operational planning, military public affairs, civil–military cooperation, and psychological and cyber operations amid the rapidly evolving security and media landscapes at both regional and global levels.
The Royal Armed Forces emphasized that organizing this event in Morocco “highlights the prestigious standing of the FAR internationally and its proven expertise in operational coordination and joint training.”
The statement concluded that the workshop reflects King Mohammed VI’s vision of making strategic communication “an effective tool for strengthening collective security and fostering a culture of partnership and mutual understanding among allies.”
