Morocco stops flights with 13 new European countries

Morocco has decided to stop flights from and to 13 new European countries, in order to fight the spread of the Coronavirus strains.

According to the Moroccan Airports Authority, these countries are Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxemburg, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia.

The same source has pointed out that this decision comes into effect as of April 16, and will last until further notice, adding that this decision applies also to the citizens of these countries who could travel to Morocco from other international airports.

These countries are added to the list of other 40 countries with whom Morocco has suspended flights for the same reason related to the pandemic situation in the world.

The list of other 40 countries includes Argentina, Botswana, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cameroon, Mozambique, and Croatia, Norway, Finland, Poland, Greece, Lebanon, and Kuwait, Egypt, Algeria, Italy, Belgium, Turkey, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech, Ukraine, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Ireland, New Zealand, UK, Denmark, and South Africa.
