The Moroccan appropriation bill for fiscal year 2022 proposes the creation of 26,860 budgetary positions for next year, distributed among ministerial departments and institutions according to the table integrated into the bill.
Among these budgetary posts, 350 posts are intended for the Head of Government who is entitled to distribute them among the various ministerial departments and institutions, of which 200 posts are reserved for the benefit of people with disabilities, says the presentation note of the 2022 appropriation bill.
In addition to the above positions, it is proposed to create 700 additional budgetary posts for the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation for the regularization of the situation of civil servants with a doctorate degree who are recruited, through competition, as assistant professor, says the same source.
The budgetary positions occupied by the persons concerned in the ministerial departments or institutions to which they belong will be eliminated.
Also, it is planned to create 17,000 positions for the Regional Academies of Education and Training (AREF), including 15,000 posts for the recruitment of teachers and 2,000 positions for the recruitment of educational and administrative support staff at school level.
