Morocco to Face Ecuador and Paraguay in Friendlies Ahead of 2026 World Cup

Morocco will play two international friendly matches against Ecuador and Paraguay later this month, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) announced on Wednesday.

The first match, against Ecuador, is scheduled for 27 March at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, kicking off at 9:15 p.m. local time. The second, against Paraguay, will take place on 31 March at the Bollaert-Delelis Stadium in Lens, France, at 8:00 p.m., the FRMF said on its official website.

These friendlies form part of the Atlas Lions’ preparations for the final stage of the 23rd FIFA World Cup, which will be held from 11 June to 19 July across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Morocco is drawn in Group C alongside Brazil, Scotland, and Haiti.
