Casablanca-Amsterdam Flights AT850 and AT851 Directed to Rotterdam Airport from July 7 to 21

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flights AT850 and AT851 linking Casablanca to Amsterdam (in both directions) during the period from July 7 to 21, will be transferred to Rotterdam airport, the national airline announced on Thursday.

"Following the decision of the airport authorities of Amsterdam (Netherlands) to reduce the number of flights and passengers, at the departure and arrival of the airport of Amsterdam Schipol, some flights of the national company Royal Air Maroc, and following the example of all airlines operating on this stopover, will be affected," said RAM in a statement.

In response to this situation, the transfer of flights AT850 and AT851 to Rotterdam airport instead of Amsterdam airport from July 7 to 21 aims to ensure the routing of a maximum number of passengers. "Beyond this date and if this situation persists, a new arrangement will be put in place," added the national company.

The customers concerned will be informed, as and when, of all the arrangements made in this regard, said RAM, noting that customers will also have the opportunity to change the point of departure or destination within Europe, for the same date of travel and without charge.

The situation at Amsterdam airport is in addition to the various disruptions that airlines are currently experiencing in most European airports. Royal Air Maroc will spare no effort to inform in real time, and propose the most appropriate solutions to facilitate the travel of its customers, including Moroccans in the World.

"The services of Royal Air Maroc, both at airports and in commercial agencies and call centers, are mobilized to provide customers with all information likely to reduce the inconvenience that may be caused by this situation beyond the control of the company," concluded the statement.
