Morocco’s King Mohammed VI received, Thursday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, several new ambassadors in the diplomatic missions of the Kingdom to whom the King handed their appointments.
According to a statement issued by the Royal Cabinet, the new ambassadors are Youssef Amrani, ambassador to the United States of America, Mohamed Ait Ouali ambassador to Egypt, Abdelkader El Ansari ambassador to China, and Ahmed Tazi ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.
The king also appointed Fouad Akhrif as an ambassador to Jordan, and Samira Sitaïl ambassador to France.
Subsequently, Fouad Akhrif and Samira Sitail were sworn in before the King.
This audience was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, and the King's Chamberlain, Sidi Mohamed El Alaoui.
