Morocco's King Mohammed VI has given instructions, this Wednesday, to send urgent humanitarian and medical aid to the brotherly Palestinian people, particularly the residents of the Gaza Strip, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates.
According to the same source, this aid package, totaling around 180 tons, includes essential food items, milk and supplies specifically intended for children, as well as medicines and surgical equipment for the most vulnerable segments of the population. It also includes blankets, equipped tents, and other necessary items.
The aid will be delivered through a special route to ensure it reaches the Palestinian beneficiaries swiftly and directly.
The statement concluded that this humanitarian initiative is part of the Kingdom of Morocco's concrete and ongoing solidarity, and reflects the unwavering commitment of King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, to the Palestinian cause and its people.
