Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 328.3 billion dirhams on January 14, 2022, up by 6.2% compared to the same period in 2021, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.
During the week of Jan. 13-19, 2022, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 74.4 billion dirhams.
As for the interbank rate, it has remained at 1.5%, the source added in a release.
In the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.21% against the U.S. Dollar and remained almost stable against the Euro.
