A meeting for arts: Former Empress of Iran receives Moroccan artist Soufiane Bougrine

The Former Empress of Iran, Farah Pahlavi, has recently received in its residence in Morocco, the Moroccan painting artist, Soufiane Bougrine, and the two have exchanged gifts and talked about the art and the distinguished relation that links Farah Pahlavi with Morocco.

The meeting was an occasion for Bougrine to present one of his paintings to Pahlavi who is considered one of the international political figures, that is known for her interest in arts, notably painting arts, whereas Bougrine received in return gifts of symbolic values from Farah Pahlavi.

The young Moroccan artist, Soufiane Bougrine, who lives in the Spanish city of Malaga, the birthplace of the late worldwide artist Pablo Picasso, is considered one of the well-known Moroccan faces in Spain, with a multi-relations with a number of celebrities in different fields.

The Spanish media has previously published a lot of reports about his artworks, and several pundits and observers have highlighted his talent as a painting artist.

Worth mentioning, that the widow of the late Shah of Iran visits Morocco constantly as she owns a private residence in the Kingdome, where she enjoys special treatment from Rabat, due to the good historical relationship that gathered Rabat and Tehran in the era of Shah, Mohamed Rida Pahlavi.
