The Government Council examined, on Thursday in Rabat, the Convention on the transfer of convicts between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In a press briefing following the meeting, Mustapha Baitas, Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament and Government Spokesman, said that the convention, inked on December 12, 2024 in Rabat, and the draft law no. 24.25 approving it, were presented by Minister of Justice Abdellatif Ouahbi, on behalf of Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita.
